UK Standard Delivery: Complimentary free shipping on all UK orders. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days once dispatched.

UK Express Delivery: Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery (1 to 2 business days).

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to follow your package's journey.
Note: Deliveries are operated Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your VALENZO purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
